Our Story

Good Bourbon.
Great BBQ.
Better Times.

Bourbon & Que is about more than what is in the glass or on the smoker. It's about slowing down, cooking something worth sharing, pouring something worth enjoying, and spending time with good people.

How It Started

Built Around the ThingsWe Actually Enjoy.

Bourbon & Que started with a simple idea: create a place for the things that naturally seem to belong together. A good pour. Smoke rolling from the cooker. Food worth waiting for. And the conversations that happen while everyone is gathered around it.

This isn't about making bourbon or barbecue complicated. It's about sharing what tastes good, what works, and what is worth coming back to.

What Matters

Good Company.Just Good Bourbon, Good Food & Good People.

You don't need a shelf full of rare bottles or a competition smoker to enjoy any of this.

Bourbon & Que is about learning, trying things, sharing what works, and enjoying the process. Some pours are special because of what's in the bottle. Some meals are memorable because of who was sitting around the table. Around here, both matter.

Behind Bourbon & Que

Built Around Bourbon, BBQ& Good Company.

I'm Chad. Bourbon & Que grew out of the things I already enjoy doing: trying different bourbons, cooking over fire, learning what works, and sharing the experience with other people who enjoy the same things.

01

Why I Built It

I wanted a place where bourbon and barbecue could be approachable. Somewhere to share good bottles, good cooks, useful ideas, and the occasional lesson learned the hard way.

02

Where It's Going

The goal is to keep building a collection of recipes, reviews, gear, stories, and experiences that are useful, interesting, and worth coming back to.
